RATES & AVAILABILITY

The following prices are for the 2019 – 2020 season. Each reservation must be for a minimum of one week (seven nights).

• Prices include weekly maid service and utilities (water and electricity).
  
• We offer a 15% discount for bookings of three weeks (21 nights) or longer.

Upon request, we are happy to furnish our guests with groceries, or arrange for more frequent housekeeping, for a fee. See About Our Service for more information.

Please note that unlike other accommodations on the island, we do NOT rent out individual rooms. Regardless of the number in your party, you pay the same rate.

Payment Schedule
At the time of booking, Olive and Stone requires a deposit of half the rental fee. The second installment of rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the property. Ten (10) percent of the total rental fee is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit (less the 10 percent) will be refunded if we are notified 60 days in advance.

Security Deposit
Olive and Stone requires a security deposit of €500, due with your second installment of rent. Once you have vacated the property and we have examined the house to ensure that no damage has been done, the security deposit is refunded.
